Ordering

Payment
Each and every payment will be made in euros. The same amount is converted into your local currency in accordance with the exchange rate when using PayPal or your credit card to make a purchase. This conversion could result in a small price difference from what was originally listed on our website.

Cancellation

Refunds, return policies, and complaints
We provide a full refund if the boat trip or other service is not possible on the day that your reservation is valid due to circumstances like unfavorable weather conditions, engine failures, etc. The captain assesses whether the trip is feasible and makes the final decision.
The customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid in advance for the service in question in the event that the service is completely not provided for any reason.

Travel documents
After receiving a booking or purchasing services online, Split Taxi Boat-Shotgun d.o.o. will send an invoice to the client via email. Before using reserved service, the client must present received vouchers in printout or electronic form.
When purchasing at a point of sale, the client is required to take a bill that will serve as a credible document for the tour.
